By accessing or using OkayCubs: The Honey Chronicles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
OkayCubs: The Honey Chronicles is a browser-based RPG game that allows holders of OkayCubs NFTs on the Solana blockchain to use their NFTs as playable characters. The Service also includes a merchandise store where users can purchase physical products featuring their NFT artwork.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The Service requires connection to a Solana-compatible wallet (such as Phantom) to verify NFT ownership. By connecting your wallet, you authorize the Service to read your public wallet address and token holdings for the sole purpose of identifying OkayCubs NFTs. The Service never requests transaction approval, private keys, or seed phrases.
You must own an OkayCubs NFT to access the full game. Ownership is verified on-chain through the Solana blockchain. If you transfer or sell your NFT, you lose access to the game features associated with that specific Cub. The Service does not guarantee any financial value of OkayCubs NFTs.
Products sold through the merch store are printed on demand by Printful and shipped directly to the buyer. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Refund and return requests should be directed to our support channels. Prices are listed in USD and may also be payable in SOL via Solana Pay at the current exchange rate.
The game content, including but not limited to artwork, lore text, game mechanics, UI design, and code, is the property of the OkayCubs project. OkayCubs NFT holders retain ownership rights to their individual NFT artwork as defined by the original collection's terms. Purchasing merchandise featuring your Cub's image is permitted for personal use.
The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may appear during gameplay (such as during Cub revival) and on content pages. Ad interaction is voluntary; the rewarded ad system provides an optional benefit (Cub revival) in exchange for watching an ad.
You agree not to: attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the game's mechanics or code; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service; impersonate other users or misrepresent wallet ownership; use the Service for any illegal purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific expectations. Game mechanics, era content, and features may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the OkayCubs project and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of NFT value, failed transactions, or merchandise issues.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
